After the big success of the last years Panettone Day comes back with the Temporary Store that has opened the 2nd of October 2017 at Corso Garibaldi 42.

For this edition New Retail Concept, has been inspired by the Pop Art creating an explosion of colours in contrast with the main white of the space.

The concept store guests only during October, the reciepts of the 25 finalist of the Panettone Day 2017 contest and the creations of the winner 2016, Giuseppe Zippo. 

The Brain's promoted competition in partnership with Novacart and in collaboration with Giuso and Cast Alimenti, has confronted some of the best artisan Italian pastry Chef to create the Best Traditional Panettone and The Best Creative Panettone. The ufficial prizegiving has taken place the 16th of September at Sweety of Milan. It has been judged by an exceptional jury headed by Iginio Massari with Sal De Riso, Alessandro Servida, Giuseppe Zippo and the food blogger Chiara Maci. 

Open everyday from 10 to 20, Panettone Day Temporary Store wants to be a window where to buy products of excellence in between free taste and educational events about the product. Inside it will be possible experience new mixing e flavours thanks to the events made in partnership with the world of pastry and beverages, like: Vermuth Cocchi, Birrificio Milano, Giuso and La Perla di Torino.
