New Retail Concept has managed for MIlan's railway station Porta Garibaldi the first I-Balsamic-Mobile concept. A big wardrobe of three doors - like in the best Modena's tradition - enclosed all the taste of Modena's Balsamic Vinegar PGI taste and of the world that surrounds it: from the glasse to chocolates! Inside it the three consume meanings of the I-Balsamic project are clearly recognizable: Cooking, that stands for the Glasse world, classic and flavored, perfect as an ingredient for the most fantastic recipes. Tasting, that symbolize all the more dense and aged, for degustation. Dressing, Modena's Balsamic Vinegar PGI perfect for dressing salads and dishes. New Retail Concept has also managed the sales and the staff through the three months of life of this temporary.
