New Retail Concept has taken care of the Che Pizza! event that has taken place from the 28th to the 30th of October at Milanase Superstudio. A worshiped location during the Fuori Salone in Milan.

The best 16 pizzaioli (the pizza makers) from Italy have reinterpreted pizza for all the visitors. The intern was divided in four different show-cooking units that were rotating around the exposed ovens: a concept with a simple interior design and communication system. The concept always connected with the handmade, giving more value to the gesture and to the receipts.
