I-Balsamic is Monari Federzione 1912's temporary store opened until the 2nd of August at C.so Garibaldi 42.

A project followed by New Retail Concept. A concept that joins the experience and tradition with the enthusiam and modernity that have as objective to promote the high quality of Modena's Balsimic Vinegar PGI.

The shop is in two floors. The first dedicated to the innovation and the gourmet side, with numerous limited edition references like the hand painted bottles from the artist Daniela Ciriminna. 

At the underground floor, there is a reproduction of a true Modena's vinegar producer factory, where to get involved into the tradition, the culture and the centenary history of Monari Federzione tell by barrils, images, photos and storic bottles.
